Looking for Flatmate for 1 year long let!

I am 23 years old with mixed Italian/British/Romanian identity, and have recently completed a Masters degree in Business Management at Imperial College. I also have a bachelor's degree in music performance and songwriting, and remain in London for job search and further recording/performing.

I have been living in this flat for 1 year, and am looking for someone to replace my brother as he is moving back to finish his studies in Warwick. I myself am usually in the flat with some exceptions where I will be out extremely late due to a gig or existing commitment, and tend to be doing a lot of work in my room when I am, but am consistently dedicated to keeping our shared space clean and comfortable, and am extremely open in discussing arrangements, preferences, etc.

I do not mind noise, especially since from room to room, the soundproofing is generally good, and am very open with helping anything you need such as picking up packages or helping with laundry if I am home and you are not. I am also completely open to having guests, as the downstairs storage space also has a guest bed! As long as I know in advance, there is absolutely no problem with someone staying overnight.
