2 double bedrooms available in Hammersmith

We are looking for 2 professionals to move into our friendly 4 bedroom house-share.

The rent:
Rolling tenancy with a monthly rent of £785.00 for each room. Move in date 3rd September.
Deposit £837.00

On top of the rent, bills come up to around £175.00 per person this includes Internet, Water, electricity, gas and council tax. It also includes a weekly cleaner and shared household supplies such as cleaning stuff, toilet roll, hand soaps etc. These are organised by us as a household so subject to slight change.


The house:
The terraced house has 2 full bathrooms, a large shared kitchen, communal living room and a garden with a barbecue and secure places to store bicycles. All communal areas of the house were redecorated 2 years ago.

About the housemates:
Bethany, Gareth and Pickle (cat) would be your housemates if you chose to join the house. They are all full time working professionals who have their own lives but are always up for a kitchen catchup, the odd dinner or a pub trip (Bethany is an F1 fan and the local pub shows the races, as well as most other sports). Pickle is Bethany's cat, she is timid at first but quickly warms to people and will come to say hi and request pets. She is very gentle, doesn't scratch or meow and is all round the ideal cat.

The two housemates leaving are moving into their own place together but you may see them at the pub catching up with Bethany and Gareth.

Location:
Great location close to the tube lines. District, Piccadilly, Hammersmith & City and Circle only 5-10 minutes walk away. Also close to bus stops to locations further west and central.

Nearby is also the Apollo, the Lyric Theatre and the Hammersmith Bridge for a nice walk by the Thames. Lots of shops/pubs/eateries and gyms nearby and if you want to go slightly further afield, White City Westfield is only 20 minutes walk away.
