The rest of the house is spacious yet homely with a shared lounge consisting of three sofas, TV, DVD player, freeview box, PS3 and storage for books, DVDs and games. The large kitchen/dining was recently renovated and fully equipped with plenty of fridge/freezer and cupboard space. Laundry has washing machine/dryer plus there is a clothes line in the garden which itself is large, private and perfect for summer BBQs!
Bills are extra and come to approximately £86 per person, including council tax, wi-fi, TV licence, gas, electricity, phones (including free calls to the UK, US, NZ and other countries) and weekly cleaner.
The property is situated on a quiet residential street well serviced by both bus (94, 237, 266) and tube. Hammersmith, Goldhawk Road, Ravenscourt Park and Shepherds Bush stations are all within easy walking distance.
Ravenscourt Park itself is close by and the river not too much further - perfect for those early morning runs or visits to the pub.
You'd be sharing the house with three professionals (2 females/1 male) in their early 30s – two from the UK and one Kiwi. We're friendly and sociable, think of the house as a home and are hoping to find an easy-going, reliable and considerate couple to move in on a long-term basis. The landlord doesn't allow pets but the neighbourhood cat makes frequent visits.
