We are looking for a male / professional / 27-33

We are 2 girls + 1 guy (3 French people !)

1) The house and its location:
Exact address : 14 St James Street – W6 9RW – London
We rent the house from the ground floor to the roof:
- Ground floor : huge open-plan living room (including a fully-equipped American kitchen and a spacious living and dining area)... with French windows giving access to the terrace and private garden, which is the perfect place for enjoying the sun, BBQs and summer drinks!
- 1st floor : two bedrooms and a large bathroom (including the one available).
- 2nd floor : two bedrooms.. and a little roof terrace!
The house is ideally located in a very quiet residential street, a short stroll from the Thames and its footpath (great for running / cycling), close to several nice riverside pubs and just a six minute walk from Hammersmith Station.
Hammersmith station : four tube lines (Piccadilly, District, Circle, Hammersmith and City) , direct access to St Pancras, Heathrow Airport, and plenty of useful bus lines.
2) The room :
The room is not furnished but disposes of a lot of storage. We have 2 mattresses available as a start if you wish.
3) Us :
You will be sharing the house with two girls and one guy: Anne Charlotte, Fanny And Jérémy.
All aged 28/31 we work in different industries...and have been living in London for the last few years.
We like going out, organising dinners and drinks...especially on Thursdays and at the weekend.
We have a good and extended social life... !
However, the house remains relatively quiet during the week... as we are all hard-working and committed to our jobs.
4) YOU :
- Open minded, sociable, tidy and used to living with other people...
- Happy to enjoy a BBQ or dinners with us and our friends
- Willing to chip in with the different "tasks" required to keep the house neat and tidy and a nice place to live!
- No students
- No couples
- No pets
- Smoking inside is not allowed
5) COST :
- Rent circa £690 / month
- Bills / services : circa £100 / month (include : elec, gas, water, heating, TV licence, council tax, internet / WIFI, weekly cleaning lady) (varies month to month)
- Deposit : ~£900 (TBC) via DPS (Deposit Security System)
- Contract is renewed in August 2016 (confirmed by landlord)
