Property on river side of A4 with short walk to river and close to King Street for shopping, eating out and tube or buses to get to work.

Room to be let strictly as sole occupancy. Cleaner will attend every two weeks but it is expected that tenants clean up and leave areas tidy and clean after use. Nil deposit for right tenant.
Sharing flat and facilities with only one other tenant and occasional stay by landlord likely to be every third weekend.
