1 large Double room available (suitable for couples) in our friendly and relaxed house share made up of Australian, Kiwi, Irish and English Housemates. We are all professionals in our late 20’s, mid 30’s looking for a professional person of a similar age and someone who shares our relaxed, fun and friendly attitude.

We all like a few drinks after work, a good laugh with a bit of banter. The house is kept very clean and we are looking for someone that is also clean and tidy.

THE ROOM: comes with a Double bed, 2 Bedside tables, Desk, Office Chair, Chest of Drawers, Display unit and 4 Medium Sized Cupboards. The bedroom is on top floor of a 3 story house with 2 large windows and a bathroom next door.

LOCATION: We are perfectly located just 10 minutes from Hammersmith high street and Hammersmith Broadway/tube station, which is well serviced by tube (District, Piccadilly and Hammersmith and City Lines) and buses (servicing the City and night buses). We also have a Tesco’s, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose and the best kebab shop in west London within 2 minutes walk from our house. We are a 5 minute walk from the Thames and numerous parks and pubs.

THE HOUSE: comprises of 5 bedrooms on 3 levels and 2 freshly painted bathrooms with showers in both, a large living room with 2 seater couches, a massive back yard with table/chairs set and a BBQ for entertaining especially through summer. We have a dishwasher, washing machine, Sky TV, Data Projector and Lightning fast internet through the house and in the back yard.

Rent is £827 plus bills (approx. £60 - £100 summer/winter) plus bond(£1200).
