Large, bright double room fully furnished available from 11nth of March (preferably for a professional female) in a nice house with a park view, in an amazing area very close to the Thames River and the Hammersmith Tube Station. This is a private household, no agencies - no fees.

The house is very well connected to the London central area, the Tube station is only 5 mins walking distance and has 4 lines: Piccadilly, District, Hammersmith & City, Circle line. The whole area is also plenty of buses and night buses and a huge shopping mall is just nearby with everything you need (Supermarkets, coffee bars, pubs, shops etc.)

The room is fully furnished with: Comfy double bed + bedside table + lamp, 1 wardrobe, 1 chest of drawers, 2 storages, mirror, big desk + office chair for your PC. The room has a large double glazed window with a fantastic view on the park and a radiator, a central heating is running in the whole house. We have an excellent 76mb WiFi Sky fast fiber optic internet connection.

The house has 2 levels. Upstairs: 3 rooms + comfy bathroom. Downstairs: 1 room, fully equipped kitchen + huge backyard ideal for the bikes or BBQ, small toilet, washing machine + dryer, 2 fridges + 1 separated freezer, cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster and Led Television.

There's no living room but the kitchen is very comfortable and directly connected with the backyard. We are a professional household of 4 mixed professionals, respect and cleanliness is something we take for granted. Basically we're looking for a polite and collaborative housemate able to pay the rent and bills on time and keep the house always clean and tidy.
