A large single room (fits a double bed if preferred) to let in a 3-bed maisonette flat in Hammersmith, a stone's throw from the river and Hammersmith Bridge. It's a 5 minute walk to Broadway shopping centre and Hammersmith tube and bus stations.

I'm looking to replace myself after living here for over two years. The are two existing flatmates; an English guy who's lived here for a long time and a Spanish girl who moved in last year. They are both professionals so you won't find them at home during the day and even some evenings. The Spanish girl is very much into baking yummy cakes and the English guy loves art programmes and horror movies.

Rent and bills:
- Rent is on a monthly basis at £501 pcm (equivalent £116 pw)
- Security deposit is £451
- The bills are £47 pcm (£10 pw)
(includes Gas, Electricity, Water, Broadband Internet)
- There is also Sky TV that you can get by paying an extra £10 pcm.

Total rent + bills is £548 pcm (£126 pw)

Landlord:
The landlord is handy if you need anything done or if something goes wrong. Any problems have always been solved quickly.
To sign the contract (in the form of an addendum to the current one) they require references and payslips/letter from employer. They have previously accepted students, so don't be put off if you're studying.

The room:
- Single bed (room large enough for a double bed, I got a new bed when I moved in and chose a single to have space for a desk and drawers)

Apart from three bedrooms, the flat has a bathroom (toilet, basin, shower and tub), a separate toilet, kitchen and living room.

- Washing machine
- Fridge freezer (with separate shelves for everyone)

- Sofa, dining table and chairs, satellite TV, DVD player, Sky TV (small monthly supplement)
- There are airing racks, ironing boards and irons if you need them.

The flat is very handy for buses, tube, shops, pubs and the river (check out the list below). Hammersmith Apollo is on this road, and Riverside studios is a minute away on foot. There are many pubs along the river, the nearest one is just a minute walk away (there are actually three next to each other).
