Hi All,

I have an ensuite double room available to rent in a spacious, fully-furnished flat in Hammersmith, located on a leafy, peaceful street. Very airy with high ceilings - the flat is laid out over the raised ground and lower ground floors, and has a private garden + two balconies!

Ideally situated between the high street and the river, the flat is a 5-minute walk away from Hammersmith station (Piccadilly, District, Circle, Hammersmith and City lines & multiple bus routes).

You will have shared access to the kitchen with a balcony, living & dining room with (another!) balcony overlooking a large private garden. All mod-cons included such as dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, internet, cleaner who comes every other week etc.

Room = Furnished double room with an ensuite bathroom (loo, shower and sink): £1270 PCM inc. bills.

The bedroom has a double bed, lots of natural light, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, plenty of storage under the bed, and a bedside cabinet.

You'll share with 1 boy and 1 girl - Jamie is in his mid-thirties, professional, works in graphic design and Connie works as a researcher for the Policy Institute. We're looking for a flatmate with a good sense of fun, considerate, clean & tidy and keen to hang out every now and again. In an ideal world, you would like to stay for a minimum of six months.
