Description
We have one cozy double bedroom available in our five bedroom flat in Latymer court from the 12th of June.
A quick run down on the costs:
Rent&Heating-£600 pcm which is paid on the 28th before each month.
Bills-£60 pcm including council tax, water, electricity and internet. This is just a rough amount, it changes slightly month to month, but is always below £60.
Deposit-£864 (a month and a half rent approx). This is paid to the tenant who is moving out.
Contract Change – there is a fee of £180 split between the person leaving the flat and the person joining the flat for breaking the existing contract.

Referencing Procedure-£20, there is a fee associated to getting you a FOB key to allow you access to the building complex.
The building and surrounding area:
Latymer court is a private residential estate with a lot of character. Every block has a lift, 24 hour security is at every entrance to the estate and there is CCTV. The estate attracts mainly professionals and families, which means we get plenty of peace and quiet.
The estate is on Hammersmith road. It's only a 5 minute walk from Hammersmith tube station, Brook green is a minute walk from behind the building and there is a large Tescos there which has been very useful to us. There is a bus stop right outside the estate which allows easy access to High street Kensington and onwards to central London, and further out to west London such as Chiswick and Heathrow Airport.
The flat and the room:
We are quite an international bunch in our flat, with Charlie from Australia, Matteo from Italy, Ana from Spain and Amelie from France. Our current flat mate Maria, who lives in the room is only having to move out as he has decided to move to another city. We're all working professionals who respect each other's privacy and have our own lives, but also get on well.
The room has a double bed, desk, wardrobe, drawers and a mirror.
We have two bathrooms in the flat (which is nice as it prevents us from fighting over the shower!), a large living room with sofas and a dining table, a washing machine/dryer and two fridges. All windows throughout the flat are double glazed.
ABOUT YOURSELF
We are looking for a quiet, sociable, clean professional wanting a place to relax and find respite from the hustle and bustle of London. Ideally we would like a girl to join us to keep the balance, but we are always open to meeting anyone who is interested!
