The river Thames is at the end of the road with riverside pubs and restaurants a short walk from the property. The space is officially available from 30th September, but the current tenants are heading back to Portugal over the summer and would be happy to sublet.

There is a huge living/dining area spanning the length of the house, a double bedroom, a bathroom with a bath and shower, a kitchenette, and French doors leading straight out to a spacious garden. The studio space includes a double bed, and the current tenants are open to offers on existing furniture.

The studio would be yours entirely and can be accessed using a separate entrance. The flat is connected internally one flight below a maisonette house share of 3 friendly young professionals, with a stairway leading up to the first floor with a lockable door.

We share bills as a house, and you would very much be part of the house-share if that's what you're looking for but, equally, your privacy and separate space is completely respected. The kitchenette is small so we suggest that you share the kitchen on the ground floor if you'd like (pictured) which is at the top of the connecting flight of stairs, and overlooks the garden.
