We have a room available in our lovely flat from the 7th February and are looking for a friendly professional lady to join our home.
The room is a good size with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and shelving included. Our flat has a blue sparkly bathroom with bath and shower and a separate toilet. Decent sized kitchen with all usual appliances (including a brand new, very quiet washing machine!). Living room with tv, sofas, dining table and small balconies.
Hammersmith is a really nice area to live in, with local shops, good pubs, 2 mins walk to the river and 10mins to Hammersmith tube with the Piccadilly, Circle, District and Hammersmith & City lines, as well as good bus connections.
About us:
You’ll be sharing with Jessi & Henrike. We both work full time, are friendly, often busy but like to chat when we are in. We are non-smokers and have no pets. We love our flat and are looking for someone who will also love and take care of it!
About you:
We are looking for someone who could become a new friend, is fun, friendly and independent professional, she is looking for a nice clean home, not just a room. She is interesting and happy to chat. She doesn’t spend all her evenings in front of the tv!
Boring bits:
Rent is £600 a month (we stagger the rent by room size) and bills are shared between us, council tax, internet, water gas & electricity come to less than £80 a month. Deposit is 6 weeks in advance.
