The housemate will have sole use of the bathroom which comes with a corner bath, shower, white sink unit. White tiled floors and walls.

Very large kitchen diner, all mod cons with washing machine and dishwasher, modern decorated wooden floors, large windows throughout house with fantastic views of park. Cleaner comes in once a week. Note : Restricted use of kitchen when family is around.

Sharing with a professional couple and other one adult. Price includes bills.
