A bright large double room Hammersmith is available to rent. We are looking for a friendly, clean and tidy housemate.

House is located between river Thames and Hammersmith tube station. Its a peaceful neighbourhood, walking distance to Hammersmith tube station (Piccadilly line, district line, Hammersmith and city line), cinemas, supermarkets, shops, restaurants and River Thames nearby.

Kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, microwave, oven, fridge and necessary kitchenware. There are two toilets and 1 bathroom in the house.

There are two inbuilt wardrobes, table chairs, chest of drawer and double bed in the room. 2 others lives in the house ( 2 females, student and professional ).

Rent is £850 pcm for 1 person, £200 extra for second person (Couple or sharers).
