I have a super spacious double room 1 min away from the Picadilly Line in Barons Court Station. Almost central , 15min train ride to Picadilly circus. Location is excellent, it´s a safe and beautiful area and there´s night tube to our door.

The flat is a victorian conversion with 2 bedrooms. Yours would be the bigger one (photos don´t do justice, it is 4x3.60m) and comes furnished with a double bed (*new*, both frame and mattress), wardrobe, and huge mirror. It has plenty of light during the day and faces a quiet residential road.

My flatmate is moving out and I need someone to replace her in the tenancy contract (1 year). You would be cohabiting with me only - spanish queer artist and graphic designer who values the home as a safe space above all. I´m an introvert, tend to mind my own business and respect personal space and privacy.

I´m also very soft natured and I´d appreciate us counting on each other. Looking for a caring and respectful individual to create a pleasant home environment with. 🌹 Healthy communication skills are a must.

Please note, there is no living room in the flat.
