This beautiful and bright bedroom is in Victorian-inspired flat, very close to Kensington High Street and Kensington Olympia. Surrounded by a vast variety of restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, and shops. Ideal for couples, solo adventures or business travelers.

In case you want to move in permanently, arrangements and adjustments could be made. Most notably, the agency would require references. and the rent and bills would be halved evenly, making the rent a total of 857 per month. For this, I'm only considering female applicants. No couples! no party animals. I'm looking for someone laid back and easygoing.

Renting the room on weekdays (Mon - Fri) considered, reducing the rent to 700 a month.
