The flat is comprised of the 2 double bedrooms, a nice and cosy living room, a great kitchen (fully equipped!), a bathroom (with bathtub) and even a small garden (the latter is in addition to the private patio that comes with the bedroom).

Very close to the River Thames (3 min walk) and to the Hammersmith tube station (5 min walk). Supermarkets (Tesco, Sainsbury's and Waitrose) are all within 300metres.

Price is set at £850 excl. bills for the smaller bedroom with patio and £900 excl bills for the larger bedroom.

Couples are accepted for the larger bedroom but rent will then be adjusted in the following manner:

- £1000 for the larger bedroom for occupancy by a couple
- £750 for the smaller one for single occupancy
