Room by the Thames boulevard (weekdays/full time)

Ideally, I am looking for someone who travels to London for work during the week and wants a permanent place to stay (rather than renting a room on Airbnb every time).

Please note, the £800 rent is based on a weekday basis stay only (up to 4 days/week), bills approx. £100 per month depending how many days a week you will be staying.

If you are interested in renting full time, then the rent cost is £1,050 and bills are £150. Deposit £1,068.

Additional but one-off expense will be the payment to the estate agency for checking references and doing the tenant swap on the agreement with the landlord (£50).

Flat and room:
The flat is located in a gated development with a concierge on duty. It has a side river view so we usually watch boat races and beautiful sunsets over the Hammersmith Bridge straight from the living room. Both bedrooms are facing internal patio which is not noisy.

Double bedroom, great size wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Shoe cabinet in the hallway is yours as well, and a shared space in a handy storage cupboard.

Your bathroom has recently been renovated, has a bath/shower and lots of storage space.

Common areas:
We will share the kitchen and the living room. Kitchen is fully equipped including microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

There is a parking space belonging to the flat in the underground garage.

We do not have a balcony but there is a well maintained park just outside the house, great for picnics and enjoying the sunset.

Location:
The development is located right by the Thames boulevard in a very trendy area of Hammersmith with lots of pubs and restaurants at the doorsteps. Plenty of shopping options on the King’s Road and around Hammersmith station.

We are a 10 minute walk through the park from the Hammersmith Station - Zone 2 on the District, Piccadilly, City&Hammersmith and Circle lines. There is a big bus station there as well, so plenty of options for getting into Central London (around 15-20 min), Putney or Heathrow, Westfield shopping centre & cinema are just 3 stops away.

Thames river path provides great running/jogging options, there are several parks, boat clubs and gyms in the area..

About me:
I am a professional working from home most of the time. Friendly, busy and preferring a quiet and tidy home environment. There will be just two of us co-sharing the flat. I am in my late 40s.
