Ultra-modern, friendly Fulham flat, bills inc.

Hello!

We are a brother (Ruari, 22) and sister (Maeve, 19) looking for a flatmate to rent a room in Fulham. Ruari recently graduated with a Master's from LSE and is pursuing a job in the media and Maeve is currently a 2nd-year Physics student at Imperial.

We are laid-back, conversational, and love to cook together (especially a good curry). Ruari enjoys following sport - especially rugby and cricket, and plays for a rugby team near the flat. Maeve enjoys going to the local parkrun and has just joined the Imperial women's rugby team. We both enjoy live music and both play and listen to a variety of genres! We also speak French and are learning Irish together this year. We are both clean and used to sharing.

Looking for a flatmate who is sociable and considerate, who is happy to muck in with chores as well as the good times.

The flat is a brand new build, with fabulous views from the 3rd floor, including both a balcony and communal roof terrace which is great for relaxing with a drink. It is well located in Fulham with great transport links - the bus drops you off virtually at the front door, and we are within 20mins walk of several tube stations. There is also a lift which brings you right outside the flat.

The room itself is fully furnished with a brand new small double bed, a spacious wardrobe with storage, a desk, and a bookcase (and, again, a great view). The bathroom (shared with only Maeve) includes a bath, and has plenty of storage. The joint kitchen/living area is spacious and leads onto the balcony. It includes a table which can seat up to 8, a big corner sofa, and a TV (great movie night potential). The kitchen is also fully equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, and washing machine (all brand new).

Rent is £867 per month (equivalent to £200 quid a week distributed over the year), and is due each month on the last banking day of the month previous.
