Both bedrooms are fully furnished with a bed and wardrobe, featuring modern lighting and a clean contemporary feel. The rooms are bright and airy, overlooking the quiet backyard and beautiful Victorian houses of Kensington. Being at the rear of the flat, the rooms are very peaceful and offer a calming view of the garden where you can occasionally spot squirrels and pigeons going about their day. Please do not feed the pigeons.
You will be sharing the flat with two friendly professionals aged 24 and 26. We are tidy, easy going and enjoy the occasional glass of wine or a few beers together, while also respecting personal space. The flat is kept very clean and we have a professional cleaner who comes every weekend.
The apartment is located within a gated residential block with a weekday concierge service and is mainly occupied by working professionals. Secure bicycle storage is available behind locked gates in the backyard.
There is a spacious separate kitchen and dining area which everyone shares and often uses for cooking and socialising.
Transport links are excellent. Barons Court station is a 6 minute walk, offering Piccadilly and District lines. Hammersmith station is also nearby with Piccadilly, Metropolitan and District lines. West Kensington station is within walking distance and there are frequent 24 hour bus services close by. Victoria station is just three stops away, making commuting very easy.
Local amenities are plentiful. Tesco Express, Sainsbury’s Local and a 24 hour Tesco Extra are all within a 5 minute walk. Cafes, bars, restaurants and off licences are all close by, as well as Kensington and Hammersmith town centres.
