Description
Entire private bedroom and kitchen + separate living room available from 20 January in Fulham.
You would share the flat with me only from now until 24th January but on 25 January I will go travelling for 2 to 6 months. So I am searching for the right person to potentially share with me only a few days or rent my place in manner of a Studio completely alone for a fixed term of 2 to 6 months contract on a rolling basis. We would agree a mutually convenient leaving notice of 3 or 4 weeks and keep the contract rolling.
The £1,000 rate is p/m: we can of course set the matching pro-rata rental fee calculated based on which calendar date you enter. Bills are included and there's a deposit to leave.
When the flat is shared with me your room includes: a king size top-quality bed, one wardrobe unit with hanging rail and shelves for clothes and shoes, 3 wall shelves and a side table.
Outside of the room, you will have a small living room all for yourself to chill or read etc. (there is no TV/TV license).
You will also use two storage cabinets in the kitchen area.
When you rent the whole flat, your studio room includes: kitchen area and table that sits 3 people on one side and bedroom area on the other. The bedroom area contains a small double comfortable bed, one large wardrobe with sliding doors, one tall wall storage cabinet and one small table for your laptop.
The bathroom is in a separate room and has all essentials.
The flat is on the third/ top floor of a nice Victorian house centrally located in a quiet street 8 min walk from West Brompton or 10 from West Kensington or 15 from Barons Court underground stations.
The flat is cosy, has a minimalistic/girly style, and above all it's clean!
There is a washing machine in a separate storage cabinet.
This accommodation is suitable for 1 mature and autonomous professional who needs a quiet comfortable place before moving elsewhere permanently.
