Riverside Flat Close To Hammersmith Station

We have one double available in our lovely 4-bed newly refurbished riverside flat in Hammersmith ideal for working professionals. The room is a good size complete with plenty of storage. They furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, full-length mirror, additional cupboards, shelves and a chair. The flat has a spacious kitchen, a bathroom with a bath and shower as well as a separate toilet. There's also a tumble dryer available for use.

The flat is situated right on the river and has a lovely balcony out front. It is a 5-minute walk from Hammersmith station. There are also plenty of supermarkets, shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants a short walk away on King's Street.

You’d be living with three lovely people who work across marketing and healthcare. We've always been a tidy and social house, equally happy to have a flat dinner and a few glasses (or more) of gin together or hang out in our own space at times. We're looking for someone in the same age bracket who is a quiet, considerate and clean housemate. We have have a bin rota and all chip in for cleaning and household products.

The landlord is very helpful and quick to respond, we have someone for repairs who comes out whenever we need as well as a cleaner who comes every 2 weeks. Bills average at around £130 per person each month (includes council tax, gax, electric, internet and the cleaner). The WiFi is good, so there's no internet issues if you're working from home.
