Double room in beautiful Fulham Mansion block

We are looking for a new FEMALE flat mate to move into our lovely 3 bedroom flat in Fulham/Hammersmith.

Available from a date in May or June 2026 on a monthly rolling tenancy.

The room is the largest in the flat and has a free standing bath and sink (so partly en-suite) It comes furnished with a bed, 2 chest of drawers, desk and chair.

Bills are not included and come to approx £100pcm.

There is a large communal kitchen and large living room. The kitchen has a washer/dryer and a dishwasher. The flat is a vintage style, quirky place with beautiful wooden floors.

The flat is situated in a mansion block and is really secure. It is close to a park which is across the road (literally a second walk) and lots of supermarkets are nearby. Hammersmith tube station is a 12 minute walk from the flat. There are loads of high street shops in Hammersmith as well.

Important to note:
- please tell us about yourself when sending a message: age, job, hobbies etc.
- this is a smoking house hold and we do vape in the kitchen and very occasionally smoke cigarettes (but nowhere else in the flat).
- must be a dog lover. I have a rescue dog who loves humans.
- looking for someone aged 26+
- someone clean, tidy and friendly
- someone who is social but also can respect one another’s space

A bit about me, Ruby, I’m 32 and I work for a local authority in housing. I enjoy going for walks, seeing friends and cooking. I hybrid work from the office and home. Marcia is 32 from Portugal and is a nanny. She enjoys going for dinners, working out and is very spiritual.
