This lovely top floor flat with balcony is located in Queens Club Gardens, 10 - 15 minute walk to Barons Court, West Kensington, Fulham Broadway and West Brompton stations. Also serviced by great bus routes. Queens Club Gardens has a communal garden and tennis courts, as well as a large grass area for relaxing or working out - just for residents. The location is close to supermarkets, North End road fruit and vegetable market, pubs, restaurants, gyms (Virgin Active Fulham & Fulham Community pool - less than 5 min walk), pharmacies, Charing Cross hospital as well as within easy walking distance to Hammersmith, Fulham Broadway and surrounding areas.

Current housemate has brought a flat so moving. However, as I love the place so much (great location, and totally feels like home), I don't want to move. I am looking for someone to share this beautiful 2 bedroom flat with me. I am a kiwi who has lived in London 18 years. The available large double room is fully furnished with a double bed, two double wardrobes, a bookcase, bedside table and chest of drawers. Also space for a desk if WFH. There is a separate kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher) and living room and a view from the balcony looking over the gardens and tennis courts, which is lovely in summer. With summer and warm weather, the balcony is great for relaxing with a glass of wine.

I am looking for someone who is easy going, tidy, respectful and will treat the flat like home. Note the flat is not a party flat.

The price is £1300 pcm plus a share of the council tax and broadband (approx £100pm), along with a 5 week deposit (£1,500).
