5-6month Sublet in lovely West-London 1 bed flat

I am looking to sublet my lovely 1 bedroom apartment for 6months ideally. It has a separate kitchen and living room and a private garden/patio leading out from the kitchen. It's a lovely and quiet street, but really close to Shepherds Bush with loads of shops and restaurants when they open again! Also a 15min walk to Hammersmith tube station. On street parking can be made available. I can be flexible with the move-in date. Bills are on top, but happy to negotiate a flat rate for these.
