Due to a change in work circumstances I’m having to give up this large en-suite double on Hammersmith Grove. This top floor flat is in an excellent location, one minutes walk from Hammersmith tube station, buses, shops, bars, restaurants and a theatre.

This bright double (with en-suite bathroom) is a very good size with ample space to include a desk for working from home. All furniture is included.

The kitchen and living room is also a good size and shared with two others, both young professionals who are currently working from home. Both are friendly, laidback and we very much enjoy spending time together as a house so ideally would be looking for someone similar. The flat has a dishwasher, washing machine and drier. Bills not included (typically around £90 per month).
