Double (En-Suite) room in Fulham by the river

Cozy double room is available in a beautiful area of Fulham. There is no garden or living room, but there is a big kitchen, 2 bathrooms. The area is very safe, 1min from the river, Bishops park 5min walk, 1min walk from the gym. Bills are not included, in summer it's aproximately +130£ per month, depends how much we use. The flatmates are very friendly and respectful. We are are looking for someone who is clean, respectful, friendly, likes to hang out time to time. Looking for professionals fiting our age between 25-40 years old. There is a big table in the room, wardrobe and private bathroom.
