Homely house in West Kensington. Great location, very near everything you might need (4 minutes to a Virgin active) and <10 minutes to the Piccadilly Line so well connected to all sides of London.

I am a current tenant and I have a very good relationship with the landlord.

A sense of humour and cleanliness are important for us. Looking for someone who is social easy going, considerate and vibey, but also has a life of their own.

I am a 36 year old LEad engineer working at a tech company. Very sociable but also know how to live with people and give them and myself space. Other interests include neuro-science, yoga, meditation, great music and socializing.

Katie is the other housemate, she's 33 and works in graphic design. She can tell you more about herself at a viewing.
