Gas central heating, the flat is in a secure building. 5mins walk max to Hammersmith Broadway, 5-7mins to the Hammersmith and City Line. 2-3 mins from the Apollo theatre and a max 2 minute walk to the river. Council tax, water rates, TV licence and WIFI is included, the gas and electric is split between the household.
