We are delighted to market this beautiful double room in our lovely home.

Double room with plenty of storage and sunlight (shared bathroom with your next door roommate) there are certain rules for bathroom sharing but will be happy to discuss upon viewing.

It has a good sized desk and there is a large dining table in the living room should you need space for working from home. 👩‍💻

The property is located 2 minute walk from Thames riverside walk with access to many restaurants, bars and pubs. 🍸🍻🍺

We are 2 minutes away from Sainsbury’s, Tesco’s, Waitrose, boots and many more amenities. Local parks for running and exercise.🍕🌮🍟

We are also a 10/15minute walk from Hammersmith station with bus and tube services (Piccadilly, district, circle, Hammersmith & City lines) 🚆🚍

We are looking for CLEAN AND ORGANISED people only as this is a house for professionals. No party makers or people who can’t clean up after themselves. 🧽🪣🧴🧼

THIS IS A NON SMOKING PROPERTY. Unfortunately, no pets either :(

We also have a good sized garden which is great for sunbathing and dining alfresco in the summer!! ☀️👙

We like to try and and catch up over a few drinks at the weekends. We enjoy exploring London and finding new and exciting things to do, but we also respect each others space and alone time. 🍜🍷
