The property is located 2 minute walk from Thames riverside walk with access to many restaurants, bars and pubs. 🍸🍻🍺

We are 2 minutes away from Sainsbury’s, Tesco’s, Waitrose, Boots and many more amenities. Local parks for running and exercise.🍕🌮🍟

We are also a 10/15minute walk from Hammersmith station with bus and tube services (Piccadilly, district, circle, Hammersmith & City lines) 🚆🚍. Bus 295 goes straight to clapham junction for gatwick airport trains.

We are looking for CLEAN AND ORGANISED people only as this is a house for professionals. No party makers or people who can’t clean up after themselves. 🧽🪣🧴🧼 We cannot stress this enough. We are not open to messy individuals or someone causing disruption. We have never had issues with each other and would love to keep it that way ^ ^

We also have a good-sized garden which is great for sunbathing and dining alfresco in the summer!! ☀️

We have a washer, dryer and dishwasher which is a big plus which makes our home very comfortable to live in.

We enjoy spending time with our loved ones, have kitchen talks but we also respect each others space and alone time.

Current flatmates: 3 professionals working in real estate, luxury merch, and accounting.

Cleaner: £45 for 3 hours twice a month (although we keep it clean and tidy all the time so sometimes cleaner comes only once)
Gas and Electricity: £200-300 (Fluctuates in winter)
Wifi: £32
