The room is a very spacious and fully furnished double, with plenty of storage space available from mid August with some flexibility. It is in a 3 bedroom flat with a good size shared living/dining room and a large rear garden where we have frequent BBQ's during the Summer. You would join a shared tenancy agreement that runs for 12 months from the move in date, with the opportunity to continue on a rolling basis. We deal direct with the landlord, so no agencies to deal with.

It's a double room on the ground floor, fully furnished with a king size double bed, two bedside tables and two chest of drawers (does not include desk, chair and freestanding shelves).

The flat is located on Hammersmith Grove which has excellent underground and bus links being within easy walking distance of Goldhawk Road, Hammersmith and Shepherds Bush.  There are multiple supermarket options with a  small Tesco and Sainsburys on Goldhawk road as well as a Tesco superstore and Lidl within walking distance. Hammersmith is also home to an abundance of bars, restaurants cafés etc and Westfield Shopping Centre is a 20 minute walk away.

You will be sharing the flat with two relaxed and easy going housemates: Dan, 30's, an online stats tutor and Martell, 20's, a recruiter in the events industry.

Security deposit is £650 and rent is £630 per month excluding bills which come to roughly £100 per month including internet, water, council tax, gas and electric and a fortnightly cleaner.
