Large Double with Ensuite in Spacious House

Hey!

We have a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom available in a large, three-storey house in Hammersmith/Fulham.

It is available to couples, or to a single person.

The communal areas are all very spacious, and the house has a dishwasher and a washing machine/tumble dryer combo. We have a patio at the back of the house, as well as a roof terrace on the top floor.

The house is located about a 10 minute walk from Barons Court tube station, and 15 minutes from Hammersmith, giving you very easy and quick access to central London. Bus links are also great. There are four small supermarkets within 5 minutes of the house, as well as a gym and a park less than a minute away.

Street parking is available, but permit will need to be organised via the council.

We are three friendly professionals who like to socialise and keep to ourselves in equal measure. Looking for housemate(s) who are the same.

**NOTE**: There isn't a deposit, but rent is paid in 3 month blocks, four times a year. Bills are currently £100pp per month, but this would be slightly more if only a single housemate moves in. These include gas, electric, water, broadband, TV license, insurance, and a weekly cleaner of the communal areas.

** Move in date can be between the 7th November and 20th November - our next rent payment goes out on the 20th, and any payment for an earlier move in will be organised with the departing housemates.
