Spacious single bedroom will become available to let in a furnished 3-bed flat in the SW6 area from the 1st January.

The room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror. A large living room, kitchen and bathroom with all amenities are for sharing.

It’s a quiet, safe neighbourhood, within only 10 minutes walk to Fulham Broadway and West Brompton stations (District Line), 15min to Earl’s Court station (District and Piccadilly lines). There also are plenty of buses (24h service ones included), so both West London and Central London are within an easy reach.

The area has a lot of shops (Co-op, Iceland, Waitrose, Poundland, Sainsbury’s), independent fish mongers and butcheries, take away places, restaurants, bars and pubs, fresh veg and fruit street stalls. EasyGym and Virgin Active is 3min walk away too!

Rental is £520/month, council tax, and utilities are all included.
We are two professionals, a girl and a boy, in our late 20s - mid 30s; clean, respectful, friendly, sociable, but we also like our own company and quiet evenings. We don’t smoke. We treat the flat as a resting zone, rather than dinner/house party place. Seeking someone with similar outlook :)
