Hi! We’re a 29-year-old charity sector project manager and a 25-year-old cardiac physiologist, looking for a similarly aged female flatmate to join our relaxed, friendly flat share ☺️

The Room

👗 Furnished with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers
🛁 Shared bathroom with one other, including bath, shower, sink and toilet

🛋 Living room – bright, comfortable and fully furnished, with a sofa bed for occasional overnight guests
🍽 Kitchen – large fridge/freezer, gas hob & oven, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, toaster, kettle, plus shared cookware and crockery
🪑 Dining area – open-plan between the kitchen and living room
🪴 Garden – small but well-kept, with a BBQ and large picnic bench
📦 Storage – under-stairs storage, ideal for suitcases and bulky items
🚗 Parking – on-street parking with permit; free evenings and weekends for visitors
💵 Bills – not included; currently around £90 per person per month, covering WiFi, gas, electricity, water, council tax and TV licence
