This is a Airy Double Room in a large 3-bedroom maisonette. The flat boasts a large living-dining room, high ceilings, 2 bathrooms & kitchen.

The flat has great connectivity to the rest of the city, with 6 tube lines in walking distance. It also has brilliant access to 3 highstreets, while maintaining relative peace throughout the day. The Living/Dining Room is 9m in length and is south facing, with plenty of natural sunlight. We have a 50inch TV and streaming.

The ideal housemate will be aged between 25-29. A graduate working at junior, mid or associate level.

They will have similar work schedules, but will also be reliable and sociable on the weekends.

The current housemates are mixed gender. Ages range between 25-29 years old. All our employed young professionals, working in the city. We are open to any gender and sexual orientation. We are both smokers and drink once or twice a week. We have enough space to accommodate hybrid work / working from home. We would like our new housemate to fit in with our social circles, as well as our work-life balance.

I am a live-in landlord, meaning I will arrange viewings initially and will also be your housemate thereafter.
