*The bills are not included but shared by everyone and come to roughly £140 a month per tenant (depending on season with heating and inflation etc)

The house is located on a quite road just off
Fulham palace road with Hammersmith
Broadway just a 10-15min walk in one direction and Barons Court a 15min walk in the other direction. There is a waitrose at the top of the road and sainsburys and Tesco express just a few minutes walk from there. Plenty of bus stops near the house so there is never an issue with transport links etc.
Also an extra bonus of the location is that you are only a 10 minute walk away to the Thames path where there is a lovely walk and loads of nice pubs along the river.
There are 3 other bedrooms in the house Total of tenants is 4 individuals in this house.
All are working professionals, very friendly and no party house.
