Hi all,
We have a space coming available in our modern house share towards the end of July.
The house is 5 minutes walk from Fulham Broadway tube but is hidden away behind other houses so is quiet and private with a separate gated entrance.
The house has 4 bedrooms, with a large downstairs communal area with big L sofa, TV, bathroom, washer/dryer room, bike storage area and chefs open kitchen (double oven, 4 x hobs, 2 x fridge/freezers etc.). There are also double sliding patio doors leading to a patio area perfect for BBQs and air flow during the summer.
The room available is a good sized double room sharing a bathroom with just one other, for solo occupancy, furnished. The room has a double bed, small chest of drawers, three door wardrobe, and desk which enables you to WFH if needed.
The rent is £1,270 which includes council tax. The bills on top (gas, elec, sky sports, broadband, tv license, water/sewage etc) works out around an extra £100-£120 a month depending on time of year.
Current move in date is flexible but likely aiming for 25th July.
The current yearly contract renews on 25th July 2024 for another year.
Us - You'll be living with Tim, 28, Harry, 23 and Malakai, 35 all from England. We all get along and have similar interests but do work long hours during the week so catch up when we're in and the house is big enough for your own space as well.
You - Based on previous and today’s housemates it will likely suit a guy with a similar career driven mindset, who has their own friendship groups but also is keen to get involved house dinner/drinks here and there as well.
