Fulham Broadway 15 min walk
West Kensington 8 min walk
Earl’s Court 8 min walk (Piccadilly line)

25 mins into central London with good underground and bus routes.

Must be sociable, tidy and friendly person
Must be able to commit to at least 3 months (length of stay negotiable).

The apartment is on the second floor within a secure apartment block (so super quiet with no outdoor noise).
It has a secure bike unit if you cycle.
Benefits from a spacious outside terrace (has sun from 10-4) in the summer.
Room has under bed storage, flexible with furnishings (just let me know if you want any items removing).
Shared bathroom with one other which includes shower/bath.
Modern apartment equipped well.
Just off north end road (quiet street with friendly neighbours, all while being in a great location).
Wednesday (30) works weekdays and weekends
Elliesha (30) works late nights including weekends.
Both super friendly into Pilates/fitness, social but enjoy downtime.

Has to be respectful, clean and sociable.
