Spacious room in Hammersmith

A large room in a sociable house, in a fairly quiet area that’s very well connected to other parts of London

Very close to food shops and cafes, a few minutes from the riverside which is beautiful in the summer, and about 10 minutes walk from both Hammersmith and Baron’s Court stations with excellent connections to the rest of london (Piccadilly, District, Hammersmith & City and Circle tube lines)

Roughly 30 mins from Covent Garden, Soho and Notting Hill. Only 20 mins from Westfield shopping centre in Shepherd’s Bush. 10 minutes from an Ikea, multiple gyms nearby and very close to Charring Cross Hospital and A&E

We are a social house that loves to hang out with each other but we also have our own lives and friends separately too so we have a good balance of spending time together without being too clingy! We mostly hang out casually around the house but also occasionally like to host parties or go out out together. We all work in a variety of industries with varying hours currently, but usually someone is home. We are currently 2 vegans and 2 non-vegans and most of the kitchen equipment and utensils are communal, we have sometimes cooked for each other but mostly make our own meals separately

The landlord is fairly relaxed when it comes to the property so you can re-paint and put things up on the walls however you like, but he’s also good at getting things fixed if we have any problems we cannot sort ourselves. The contract is flexible, you can stay as long or as short as you like. We like to maintain a fairly clean and tidy home but we aren’t militant about it

The room already comes with a few things but is mostly unfurnished. It comes with a bed base and mattress, wardrobe (different from pictured) and a chest of drawers
