Big Double Room by Barons Court Station

Hi,

We're two young professionals sharing a bright and spacious 3rd floor flat (w/lift) in Barons Keep, a gated complex (w/porter), 2 minutes walking distance from Barons Court Station.
Looking to replace the third flatmate who's moving back home.

The flat has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a small living room, and 1 well fitted kitchen. There's also a locked bike shed.

Heating and water are included in the rent, as well as daily trash collection.

There's a washing/drying machine in the flat.

We're both pretty chill, enjoy socialising but also keeping to ourselves. We look at our flat as a home and keep it clean at all times.

This is an ASSURED SHORTHOLD TENANCY AGREEMENT, ending in May 2025.
