Double room in Baron’s Court available short term

Double room available in Baron’s Court from 10th of May for short-term let (min 3 weeks, max 5 weeks). Rent and bills are £250 per week.
The room has large built in wardrobes and plenty of storage, and is furnished with a double bed. There is also space downstairs for a desk if needed, which may be able to be provided.
You would be living with Emily (24) and myself (23). I am a civil servant and Emily is a project manager. We both split the working week between the office and wfh.

You would share a large bathroom with Emily. Downstairs is open plan with a lovely kitchen, living area and a small yard at the rear.
You would be approx 10-15 mins walk from Baron’s Court, West Kensington and West Brompton stations with access to the District & Piccadilly lines and the Overground. The area is also well served by buses.
You would need to be able to provide a reference from a previous landlord.
