Hello! We are Alex, Dan and Fran (all 27) looking for a friendly housemate between 24 and 30 to join us in Fulham at the end of June/early July 😊

Key details:

---Rent is £810 per month excluding bills

---Total cost per month comes to about £900 (including council tax, TV licence, electricity, gas, internet), plus water every 6 months

---Deposit is £875

---No students or smokers (sorry!)

---No pets (sorry again!)

---Rent level is guaranteed until March 2026 and will likely stay the same until the house contract ends in March 2027. House contract allows for tenants to change mid-contract.

---Move in date would be around the end of June 2024


About us:

We are friends from uni looking for a new housemate to join us in our lovely houseshare. We are big board game and quiz show fans, so would ideally be looking for someone who’d be up for some games evenings in and being friends as well as housemates! But we also have our own interests and friends outside the house and can often be found running marathons (Dan), going to every concert in town (Alex) and playing 5-aside football (Fran). We are quite house proud and respectful of each other in terms of noise etc, so would be looking for someone on the same page! We work full-time in financial PR, sound engineering and local government.

About the location:

It’s located in a quiet and safe residential area with 3 tube stations within a 15 min walk (West Kensington, Barons Court (with night tube) and West Brompton). This covers the Piccadilly Line and District Line plus TfL and Southern Overgrounds from West Brompton, with a bus stop only one minute away. Co-op and Tesco Express are just round the corner and it’s a 15 minute walk to the riverfront for some lovely walks/runs!


About the house:

The house has a big kitchen, separate living room and the biggest bathroom you’ve ever seen (genuinely it’s ridiculous!) which is shared between 3. We are also really lucky to have both a roof terrace and separate garden, so any horticultural enthusiasts welcome!


About the room:

The room is a good size for the price with a double bed, large wardrobe and desk, and it also keeps evenly warm year round. For full transparency (and as per the photos) the window looks out onto the utility room rather than outside (but you can put the blind across for full privacy).
