A nice room in a spacious house in Fulham / Hammersmith. The house is in a residential area and quite close to the Hammersmith station. We live 1 street from the Thames, so great for running, walking or doing drinks along the river.
The house is fully equipped with a garden, 3 bathrooms (for 4 people), a very spacious living room with large couch and tv, washing machine, dishwasher, pots/pans/cutlery etc…
You’ll be living with master students and early working professionals. The room will be up for rent from end of July onwards. Will be looking for someone for preferable August + September, and there may be a possibility to stay in there long-term (so the entire coming year).
Bills are quite low as they’re split between 4 people.
The room has lots of closet space for clothes and belongings, and also a desk and chair to work from. The bed is a double bed.
