Room for rent in Fulham / Hammersmith area

Hi! We are looking for a new flatmate.

Prime location, 15 minute walk from Hammersmith and Barons Court stations, 5 minutes from the river and opposite the park. There’s also a Tesco Express, Sainsbury’s local and a Waitrose within 5 min walk.

Rent is £720 a month, bills usually come to around £100 a month, including council tax (band D).

Gorgeous good sized flat with lots of storage and a washer dryer. The room has two built in wardrobes, under bed storage, built in shelving and a desk.

We’re looking for a woman working professional, working from home max two days a week.

We are Emilie (28) and Matilda (27). Emilie works in market research and Matilda works in theatre.

We are both neat and tidy roommates, love hanging out and going for a drink by the pubs along the river but also like our own space.
