Hi!! I’m looking for someone to take over my contract as I’m moving somewhere else and this would be via an agency as a “contract swap” - long-term lets only with a potential to extend for when the contract renews
To proceed with the agency we would need 3 months of bank statements, a fixed term employment, reference OR if you’re a student 6 months of rent pre-paid or UK based guarantor
