I’m looking for someone to stay for one month from the end of January (dates are flexible).

About the flat,
3-bedroom flat with a shared bathroom and a separate kitchen (no lounge/living room). You'll be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with two people.
Located in a great area with excellent transport links
- 3 mins walk to Kensington (Olympia) Station
- 10 mins to Barons Court Station
- 15 mins to Shepherd’s Bush Station (Westfield)

About the room,
A bright and fully furnished double bedroom featuring:
Double bed
Built-in wardrobe
Clothes rail
Desk and chair

Rent : £950 per calandar month (all bills included)
Deposit : £300

I’m ideally looking for someone who is really clean, respectful, and mindful of shared spaces.
