Room available in Hammersmith 🌸

Our current housemate is unfortunately moving out to live with her boyfriend. Therefore we are looking for a replacement.

The room is available from 1st September 2024 and the rent is £900 points (bills roughly £150).
It is a lovely double bedroom on the top floor of a three storey house. There’s a spacious shared living room, kitchen and dining area and one shared bathroom on the middle floor.

My current housemate and I have loved living in the house. We find the location really accessible. 8 minute to Piccadilly line (Hammersmith) and about a 6 minute walk to the district line (Ravenscourt Park). It’s also so close to the Riverside which is perfect for a run or to go to the pubs. There’s also so many different gyms, restaurants and shops around!

We’re ideally looking for someone who is similar to us. Someone who likes to socialise, is up for maybe going for a coffee/walk/drink together sometimes but equally someone who values their own space. We’re both working professionals so again, ideally would like someone who is similar to us with our working situations 🙂.
