Hiya, we are 3 girls who are going to be away a lot over the summer and want to drop down to 2 bedrooms- we'd like another girl to live in the third bedroom over the summer.

Perfect for internships, emergency house hunting or just in London for the summer etc!

Spacious double bedroom in the heart of Hammersmith and Fulham. 15 minute walk to Hammersmith station and a 2 minute walk from the river!

Available 15th July until 13th September [8 week sub let]. Duration of sub let is very flexible, but ideally for as long as possible!

Price is £250 per week [£1000 PCM] inc all bills and extras. Double bedroom with huge wardrobe space. House has spacious lounge area and standard kitchen with access to all appliances.

*** £100 deposit to be paid at the beginning of sub let, which you will receive at the end of the stay if property remains in good condition [no damages]

A bit about us... we are 2 teachers and a BioEngineering PHD Imperial student- as a group, we resemble Harry, Hermione and whatever his name is [Ron] so are looking for a lovely girl to sub let for a couple of months [or just one, depending on your situation- we are flexible!].
