Cute double room in Fulham/West Ken/West Brompton

Hey! My flatmate is moving out in April so looking for a new flatmate to replace her in our 2-bed house in Fulham.

The room is a double in a cute 2 bedroom split level house on the edge of Fulham, well connected to Earls Court, West Kensington and West Brompton. It's a bright room that gets the morning sun and comes furnished with bed, bed side table, chest of drawers and built in wardrobe with lots of storage room.

There is a shared open plan living space, with kitchen, dining area and living room. The kitchen has all the usual appliances, including dishwasher and washer/dryer. There is limited space to work from home (although there is space for a desk in the room) so ideally the right person will be office based the majority of the time. The house also has its own private patio - accessible from the kitchen/living room.

I've lived here for 4years and it really feels like home, so looking for somebody who is clean, tidy and respectful and looking for a home rather than just somewhere to put their head down each night.

I'm originally from Scotland but I've lived in London for 8 years and work in marketing. I love being out and about making the most of London - finding hidden cocktail bars and sunny beer gardens, new reformer studios or hitting the summer festivals - but equally love a weekend pottering around Fulham. Ideally looking to find someone who is up for a chat and open to being friends rather than just housemates, whether it's hanging out watching Netflix or a spontaneous trip to the pub after a long day.

Room is available from early April but there is some flex on dates. The current tenancy runs until Feb 2027 and you'll need to sign onto the tenancy, providing proof of income (min £35K pa), right to rent etc. to pass referencing with the landlord.

Rent doesn't include bills, these usually come to around £160-£200 each per month for council tax, tv & internet plus energy & water.

The house/room unfortunately isn't suitable for couples, and looking to share with another girl.
