Cute double room in Fulham

Hey! My lovely flatmate is sadly moving away from London this autumn so looking for a new flatmate to replace her in our 2-bed house in Fulham.

Available from 1st October - the current tenancy runs until Feb 2026 so looking for someone long term. You'll need to sign onto the tenancy and provide proof of income, right to rent etc. to pass referencing with the landlord.

The room is a double in a cute 2 bedroom split level house on the edge of Fulham, well connected to Earls Court, West Kensington and West Brompton. It's a bright room that gets the morning sun and comes furnished with bed, bed side table, chest of drawers and built in wardrobe with lots of storage room.

There is a shared open plan living space, with kitchen, dining area and living room, complete with a TV/Netflix. The kitchen has all the usual appliances, including dishwasher and washer/dryer. There is limited space to work from home (although there is space for a desk in the room) so ideally the right person will be office based the majority of the time. The house also has its own private patio - accessible from the kitchen/living room.

We've put a lot of love into the house since we moved in 2.5 years ago, so looking for somebody who is clean, tidy and respectful and looking for a home rather than just somewhere to put their head down each night.

I'm originally from Scotland but I've lived in London for 7 years and work in marketing. I love good coffee, long walks, brunch in the sun, finding hidden bars and sunny beer gardens. Would love to find someone who is open to being friends rather than just housemates, whether it's hanging out watching Netflix or a spontaneous trip to the pub after a long day.

Rent doesn't include bills, these usually come to around £160-£200 each per month for council tax, tv & internet plus energy & water.

The house/room unfortunately isn't suitable for couples, and preferably looking to share with another girl.
